Promoting employee well-being is at the heart of our Swasthya Saathi initiative at MIBL. We had the privilege of hosting Dr. Kashyap Dakshini, an MBBS professional with 26 years of experience, who educated our employees on the importance of Annual Health Check-ups. A big thank you to Dr. Kashyap and Alyve Health for their valuable contribution to our employees' health journey.

With this spirit, we recently concluded a Steps Challenge "StepsSpring 2021" under our Wellbeing Program at 91springboard . This was powered by our Wellbeing partner "Alyve Health - a one-stop Wellbeing Destination" and was one of our first baby steps in the attempt to bring back the focus on building healthy habits and wellbeing culture post the tough Covid times.
      
The challenge called for consistently clocking 7K steps daily for a period of 45 days.
